E-COMMERCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties
This Agreement is made between the following parties:

BUYER
The BUYER, by placing an order on www.beyaznevresim.com, becomes a party to this Agreement. The BUYER's contact details will be obtained upon order completion, and this Agreement will be effective once the order is processed.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from the website www.beyaznevresim.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties as per the Turkish Commercial Code and Consumer Protection Laws. The BUYER acknowledges that they have all necessary pre-information about the products.

Article 3 – Products and Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER (shipping address). The delivery will be handled by the SELLER, based on the selected payment method and shipping company.

Article 4 – Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER; however, the SELLER may cover these costs for orders exceeding a certain amount. If the BUYER is unavailable at the delivery address, delays may occur, and any additional costs will be borne by the BUYER.

Article 5 – Payment and Pricing
Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods. The total price of the products is specified on the product page of www.beyaznevresim.com.

Article 6 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal applies only to unused, unopened, and resalable products. The return shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.

Article 7 – Warranty
The SELLER guarantees that the products are in good condition, complete, and conform to the described specifications. Defective or damaged products can be returned for repair under warranty.

Article 8 – Delivery and Delivery Time
The SELLER commits to delivering the products within 30 (thirty) days. However, this period may be extended due to stock availability or logistical issues. In case of any delay, the BUYER will be notified.

Article 9 – Legal Obligations and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law, and the Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction. However, due to the international nature of the sale, the consumer protection laws of the BUYER’s country will also be considered.

Article 10 – Privacy
The SELLER will use the BUYER's personal data solely for processing the order and delivery. This information will not be shared with third parties. Payment transactions will be processed through secure payment gateways, and credit card details will not be stored by the SELLER.

Article 11 – Default
If the BUYER fails to make payment as agreed, the SELLER may request payment or contact the relevant bank or financial institution. The BUYER will be responsible for any interest, penalties, or additional costs imposed by the bank or financial institution.

Article 12 – Contact Information
The BUYER must provide accurate and complete contact details for the order. The SELLER may contact the BUYER via email, phone, or other suitable means regarding the order status.

Article 13 – Amendments
This Agreement may be modified by mutual written consent of both parties. The SELLER reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any changes will be effective as of the date they are published on www.beyaznevresim.com.

Article 14 – Effectiveness
By completing the payment, the BUYER agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Agreement will come into effect once the BUYER completes the payment process.
